Snapvai is a lightweight, user-friendly AI creation tool that requires no account registration, no login, and no personal identity authentication for all core functions. We prioritize user privacy protection as our core principle throughout product design and operation. To eliminate all privacy risks, we explicitly state that Snapvai does not collect, store, process, or access any user facial information, facial images, facial biometric data, or any facial feature-related content at any time during your use of the application. All product functions can be used freely without submitting any personal private information, and there are no hidden data collection behaviors in any functional module of Snapvai.
This policy applies to all users worldwide who access and use the Snapvai app, covering all functions including image upload, AI dynamic video generation, style effect adjustment, filter application, video duration editing, social media ratio adaptation, and HD watermark-free export. All content in this policy is definite and effective, with no uncertain or pending terms, and fully complies with global app store review specifications and standard privacy protection requirements for lightweight creative tools.
Snapvai is committed to providing a convenient and privacy-safe creative experience for all global users. Our product does not set up any account system, including no registered account, guest account, or third-party login account functions. Users can open the app and use all core and advanced creative functions directly without entering any personal information. Since there is no account system at all, we will never collect or store any user identity information, including but not limited to username, nickname, phone number, email address, and social account information. Most importantly, we do not actively or passively collect any user facial information in any scenario. Even if you upload portrait photos containing facial features for video creation, our AI system only performs temporary visual dynamic effect rendering on the image content locally, and will not extract, analyze, store, or upload your facial information, facial features, or facial biometric data to any server.
There is no user identity association mechanism in the entire product operation process, and all creative operations are completely independent and anonymous. We will not trace, record, or bind any operation behavior to individual users, and facial information in user uploaded materials will never be independently identified, acquired, or stored by our system.
In order to fully protect user privacy and meet standardized privacy compliance requirements, Snapvai clearly defines and strictly implements a zero collection policy for sensitive user information. To realize the core AI image-to-video creation function, Snapvai only performs temporary local processing on the image materials you actively upload on your personal device, and no data will be permanently stored or uploaded to the cloud server. The only processed content is the static image files uploaded by users voluntarily, including portrait, landscape, illustration, and other image materials. It is hereby emphasized again that during the processing of portrait images, we do not collect, analyze or retain any user facial information. All image processing is limited to overall picture dynamic effect generation, filter overlay, atmosphere enhancement, and video frame rate adjustment, without any targeted identification and collection of facial feature information in the images.
All temporary image data processed by the app only exists in the local cache of the user’s device during the use of the function. After you complete video generation and export or exit the app, the temporary cache data will be automatically cleared by the system. We have no way to obtain, view, or save any of your uploaded image content and video creation content, and facial information involved in portrait materials will not be captured or retained in any link.
All temporary local data processing behaviors of Snapvai are only for the sole purpose of providing you with normal AI video creation services, including generating dynamic video effects, optimizing picture atmosphere, adjusting video duration, applying cinematic filters and trendy special effects, adapting to mainstream social media video aspect ratios, and supporting high-definition watermark-free video export. We will not use any temporary processed data for other purposes such as user portrait analysis, advertising push, data commercialization, or information recommendation.
In the whole data processing process, we always adhere to the principle of zero collection of user facial information, and no processing link will involve the acquisition and analysis of user facial biometric features. The processed image content is only used for your one-time video creation, without any secondary utilization or privacy mining behavior.
Snapvai does not build any user personal database, nor does it store any user personal information and creative data on remote servers. All user operation data and uploaded materials are only stored temporarily in the local memory of the user’s personal device and are completely controlled by the user. Users can manually clear the app cache at any time to delete all temporary creative data.
Our application has no code obfuscation, no background hidden data collection program, no hot update function, and all program functions are open and transparent, fully complying with app store review standards. At the same time, in order to ensure user facial privacy security, our technical mechanism completely shields all possible facial information collection and identification interfaces. There is no technical channel for our app to obtain user facial information, and no facial data will be generated, stored or leaked in any use scenario.

For all minor users using our product, we still implement the strictest zero privacy collection policy. Minor users can safely use all video creation functions of the app under the supervision of their guardians. We will not actively collect any personal data of minors, and all temporary creative data is only stored locally on the device, which can be managed and cleared by guardians at any time.
